I attempted restarting app and signing in online with my Baseus MA ear buds. They typically connect, but sometimes I have to restart my whole laptop to get heidi to recognize them again. Even after complete reset, and on/off, they are still unreliable. I even tried different earbuds and Heidi is still highly unreliable. They are set as the default, and it's frustrating when I utilize for every patient and I have multiple patients a day. Because of the poor reliability of ear bud bluetooth connection, I am extremely hesitant to ask my supervising physician to purchase heidi. If the trial version and free version constantly have issues connecting to my ear buds, why would I pay for heidi?
