More summary emails. I love Heidi as a scribe for my walk and talk counselling sessions.

with only 10 free pro actions per month this means I can't use it to send a supportive summary email after each client session as well as for my notes.. I would like to be able to purchase more pro actions per month without having to pay for the pro level. There is a large gap between the free version and the pro version in terms of cost and as a solo counsellor I cannot stretch to paying for the full version at this time.

Totally hear you on the gap between Free and Pro, especially when you want to use pro actions both for your clinical notes and for sending a supportive post-session summary email.
A couple quick questions so we can pass this on with the right detail:
1) About how many summary emails would you want to generate per week/month?
2) Would you be happy with an “add-on pack” of extra pro actions on top of Free, or are you looking for a lower-cost “solo” tier?
3) On mobile, are you generating the email as a separate document from the same session, or rewriting the note into an email format each time?
If you can share an example of the kind of summary email you send (de-identified), that’d help us understand the workflow you’re aiming for.
