Upgrading to Clinician

Hello, your link for me to upgrade from what I am currently using to Clinician ($85 per month, billed annually) is not working. It prompts for us to upgrade, but no means to upgrade. A red dialogue box appears saying 'cannot open billing'. How do we upgrade?
