Tasks is too sensitive...

please take this as a request to fine tune the tasks feature to avoid duplication and too many useless tasks coming from the same case. In my view these should be limited to actual tasks the clinician needs to remember or perform (for example referral to an outpatient clinic, followup on bloods or investigations, call back for phone review etc

I would love to be able to note/ colour code encounters as a visual aid of which clinic I need to process I someitmes have 2 clinics a day or 5 clinics a week and have no time at the end of the clinic to see to the admin, however short. If I could just colour code the completed sessions, it would automatically give me a visual of what my to do list is.....and it would be so helpful. Many thanks

Retry sound detection

If your software has a "low volume detected" - come on - retry, don't just lock it down and give up. Refresh the capacity and try again.

Updates within the Heidi app

You need to allow desktop updates to actually run as updates inside the Heidi app. The current system of having to uninstall, download and install a full new application file is not user friendly, and also not possible for a lot of clinicians who use company computers that require admin level permissions to install new programs. A simple update button from within Heidi itself rather than a completely new install will make it possible for users to maintain updates and not be locked out of a product we have paid for.

Please add a setting to change the macOS Dictate hotkey from the fixed Fn key to a custom key combination.

Right now (MacOS app v 2.01), pressing and holding Fn starts dictation, which conflicts with macOS forward-delete (Fn + Delete) and can insert speech into the wrong text field. Alternatively, I would like to be able to simply turn Dictate off. This issue is sufficiently bothersome that I may cancel my Heidi subscription and use one of your competitors.

App to browser is buggy and does not allows sync. Also need to add to your app the ability to delete multiple visit at once.

When I need to correc the spelling of an industry or audiology-specific word, I want to do it quickly. I can't even location the Memory area of Heidi anymore without asking Chat where it is. Please bring it back to the top where I can find it fast.

I can't find MyLibrary and I need it

The My Library has moved and I need to fix terminology. I can't find it in the browser. I have to ask AI for it and even AI doesn't seem to know where it lives now. Please make MyLibrary a prominent selection so I can update terminology.
