Heidi includes ICD-9 codes to support legacy workflows.

Requested the ability to automatically include a timestamp in the note that shows when the encounter started, when it ended, and the total duration. This is important for billing purposes, and for the need to document session length.

Billing info for all sessions including ICD-10 coding and OHIP codes for sessions with date, times, OHIP number, DOB and name as well as referring MD.

In the recent past I tried an AI scribe that integrated billing suggestions as per the SOAP note that was created using the Schedule of Benefits Billing Guide for Ontario.

The user's employer only pays for monthly subscriptions, so having a monthly billing option would allow them to use the service and align with their workflow.
