I started using the word-for-word dictation (in any field) and it works great but it would be nice if there was an option for quick text. What I mean by that is in other dictation programs I could say "Dragon Discussed" and with that phrase it would put: "-Discussed etiology of issue. -Previous records reviewed. Previous labs, notes and consults reviewed. -Discussed treatment risks, benefits, alternatives and possible complications. -All of the patient's questions were answered. -Patient was advised to contact us with any additional concerns and return to clinic as needed." Is that option already available or is it being worked on?

Hi Heidi, Can you get our place names correct so we can stop correcting the typos Eg: Caboolture comes out as Cabulcha, kaboolta Kallangur comes out as kellanger, klanger Maybe this could be mapped to our postcode for more local accuracy?

Matthew uses the Vim extension for quick dictation additions to note sections (e.g., croup or ear infection visits) when a template is already loaded. Currently, he has to copy and paste dictations from the full Heidi browser version into Vim. He'd like a dropdown tab in the Vim extension to switch between Dictate and Transcribe modes, allowing him to dictate directly in Vim while still being able to separate sections and push data without manual copy-paste.

I'd like to request the ability to use the Heidi Remote's transcribe button as the hotkey for dictating outside of Heidi. I'm unable to select it as the hotkey at the moment. Being able to press and hold the transcribe button for dictation would be ideal, and would likely get more buy-in from other providers in my organization. Thanks!

Integrate dictations directly into Exact software used daily. This would avoid emailing to work email - copy- paste into Exact. Need a way of having the new patient consult and recall examination placed into Exact. Currently I use Heidi daily, but want to make it more efficient for my practice seeing 20-24 children per day, thanks.

Are there any plans to have the Dictate mode embedded in the Heidi widget? If so, when?

The new "Dictate Anywhere" feature that was rolled out recently does not work in my EMR at all (Accuro)... which is literally the place I would be using it constantly. It works elsewhere. I have been troubleshooting with the chat-bot and then a human since yesterday but there is no progress. Very disappointed and hope this can be fixed to make this feature even remotely useful.

1) would like more customization over smart dictation i.e. it spells out numbers i.e a1c of eight point 1 instead of writing a1c 8.1. 2) when dictate anywhere feature would appreciate if dictated nite would automatically copy to clipboard

Voice periodontal charting: allow dictating a full periodontal chart that outputs a structured chart with: missing teeth marked; 3 probing depths per buccal and lingual/palatal surface for all existing teeth and implants; 3 gingival margin/recession values per buccal and lingual/surface for all existing teeth and implants; mucogingival junction per buccal and lingual surface of all existing teeth and implants (this should not be done for maxillary palatal surfaces since there is no MGJ there); bleeding on probing per site when present; suppuration per site when present; mobility when present with a scale of Grade 1 Grade 2 or Grade 3; furcation involvement when present on a scale of Grade I Grade 2 or Grade 3 when present (this can be for buccal or lingual of mandibular molars, or buccal mesial-palatal or distal-palatal of maxillary molars, or mesial or distal of maxillary premolars, and automatic calculation of clinical attachment level (CAL) from pocket depths and gingival margins.
