In every session I would like to have less detail and no identifying names

In Ask Heidi, it would be really helpful if the "ask a follow up" prompts remained active after a follow up prompt is used. I often want to select more than one of the prompts, but have to copy and paste to keep them or they disappear. It would be great to be able to go back to earlier elements of an enquiry and select a previously suggested prompt.

Audio notification alerts for both low volume/no sound detection and unexpected recording stoppages during sessions. This would help clinicians catch issues immediately rather than discovering incomplete transcripts at the end of the day when they're working on notes for multiple clients. The user wants to maintain eye contact with clients and not constantly check their computer screen. While sound alerts might be inconvenient during certain therapeutic techniques like EMDR or mindfulness, the user prioritizes having complete transcripts and accurate generated notes over avoiding occasional audio notifications.

Tasks should always stay active as smetiems f people are unwell those tasks are suspended. Should be a feature to suspen the tasks but not make them disappear if stale.

This last one is a feature request rather than a bug. It would be genuinely useful to have a "My Files" tab where I can store reference documents that have nothing to do with any particular patient, but that I need constantly during a shift. Things like: The procedure for accessing radiology dictation The list of hospital services with their extension numbers The patient transfer procedure Protocol sheets, on-call lists, order sets etc..... Right now this material lives everywhere except where I'm working: paper binders at the nursing station, photos on my phone, notes taped to a monitor. Heidi is already open in front of me for the entire shift, which makes it the obvious place to keep the reference material I reach for between patients. Worth noting that none of this contains patient information. It's a straightforward document store — upload a PDF or an image, name it, search it, open it. No new privacy surface to manage. Can we share snippets across the enterprise account or off to share across teams? Multiple guidelines and education components that need to be standardised, but not necessarily part of the template.

Bring back personalised shortcuts in the side note section. They've dissapeared with the update today.

I want to be able to save important transcripts or dictated files. Have accidentally deleted a file that took time to create.

User wants to start a session from Heidi Remote and have Heidi use spoken patient identifiers or context to automatically name, classify or link the session to the correct patient. Current behaviour: Heidi Remote does not automatically name or link sessions based on spoken patient details at the start of the session. Suggested improvement: Allow Remote-started sessions to use spoken opening context, such as patient name, ID or appointment type, to suggest a session title or patient link after sync.
