Transcript seems to be missing

Move the inline edit dialogue box above the selected text When I highlight text in a note and choose Ask Heidi to edit or rewrite it, the dialogue box opens below the selection and covers the text underneath. The change takes several seconds to apply, and during that time I can't read the rest of my note. Suggestion: Open the dialogue box above the selected text, or let it be moved, so the rest of the note stays visible while the edit is processed. Show what changed when editing a note through Ask Heidi in chat When I ask Heidi in chat to change my note, I get Accept and Deny options, but it isn't clear what was actually changed. I have to compare the whole note myself to find the edits. Suggestion: Mark the changed text on the review screen, for example in bold, italics or colour, with removed text shown as struck through. That way I can check each change quickly before I accept it. Why this matters: Both changes would make reviewing edits faster and safer. Clinicians need to check exactly what has changed in clinical documentation before they approve it.

When I make care plan (GP chronic disease management plan - GPCCMP) from my consultation, the generation of notes defaults to goldilock. This item number is heavily audited by Medicare as so having alot of details scribed during the consultation means that it can capture the complexity of the consult and thereby also protecting doctors using this feature. In the current software iteration, to create a GPCCMP requires a This a 2 step process where I make my notes and then have to generate again to a 'detailed' version. This adds alot of time uneccessarily and causes a reduction in productivity and adds mental strain.

I have tried using a different software for dental notes. If the software is unsure about the tooth it will ask a prompt. It just streamlines everything. Happy to discuss this in more detail. For example if I am advising treatment on tooth 16, the software can ask me which tooth is the tretment for - the I tick 16 (it will give me a list of options like 15, 16, 17). and which material I am planning for example composite/glass ionomer/crown and so on - the prompts are picked up from transcript. Possibility to insert a finalized clinical note into a predefined document template with a fixed layout (institutional header, margins and specific footer) without modification by the AI. With a document that automatically adapts to the length of the content by creating additional pages if necessary, while repeating the header and footer on each page. Is it possible to have statistical functions based on notes and even by model? Example epidemiological statistics on patients seen. According to certain grade models, for example, determine the average of a score (e.g. NIHSS or UPDRS).

Can Heidi have a way to email a patient an online pateint rated Outcome measure, which they fill out and then is automatically uploaded to the Heidi note. For Orthopaedics, sports medicine andmusculoskeletal medicine, this could include: Shoulder pain and disability index. Australian Canadian hand osteoarthritis index DASH Neck disability index. Oswestry disability index. Hip disability and osteoarthritis outcome score. Knee disability and osteoarthritis outcome score. Foot and ankle outcome score. VISA-A VISA P.

It would be nice that as soon as you see a patient and end the transcript if the status would change on its own to in draft.

Heidi will occasionally mishear a word and repeatedly place this in a note which then requires multiple separate corrections.

Customer (Andrew Jeyaprakash, kp_4c7f469e8bc6437f898dd78e9abbe844 Best Practice integration) reports that the Appointments tab always shows his full day's BP schedule and does not reduce as sessions are started. He has to scroll to the bottom of the day's list to reach his current patients roughly a minute lost each time, several times a day. He notes this changed a few months ago: appointments and sessions previously appeared in one blended list that visibly shrank as he opened each patient. Search, filter, display columns and calendar jump were all offered and he considers them an extra step and wants the relevant list visible on screen by default. Requested outcomes, in his order of preference: -Hide or collapse appointments that already have a started/completed session. -A status indicator on appointment rows so worked-through appointments are distinguishable at a glance. -Return to a single unified list where items change state rather than sitting across two tabs. -An option to turn the Appointments tab off entirely, his full schedule is already visible in Best Practice, so mirroring it in Heidi is redundant for him. In his words: "already we have a full list of our appointments in Best practice, we dont need that in Heidi too!"
