id like to be able to upload my office's letterhead so that when i write a school excuse or other professional note/referral/letter, i can do it directly from heidi instead of using the copy and paste shortcuts to put it onto the correct letterhead. no biggie. keep up the great work! yall rock!!

I would like to have the option of placing template favorites in groups. For example my clinic has a certain protocol on diagnosing ADHD that requires at least three visits and a formal letter. I would like to have an ADHD folder that I can click on that has all 4-5 templates in it easy to find and select. I think this would be helpful for all the well-child exams that are templated. Basically the more I use Heidi the more templates I make and like to use and now it is to the point I need organization.

I would love for Heidi to be able to insert a table. Right now, she just spaces info with line separations instead of an actual table. ex: | category 1| category 2| instead of an actual table.

Allow templates to reference other templates and create a master format template, enabling efficient updates and customization across multiple note types for large practices. This would streamline workflows for providers by reducing repetitive editing and ensuring consistency across documentation.

AI should be able to fill out information related the Mental Status Exam without needing the therapist to explicitly add them under My additions. Overall, the current note quality for Psychotherapy is rather poor.

Hi , I would love to be able to see my templates on the screen as I record a session as a prompt to remember all the areas I need to cover in my history and examination Perhaps as a copy and paste area than can be replaced by the transcript once it is finished

This could allow, for example, to introduce a section (labs, physical exam, etc.) into the note that follows a model other than that used for the current grade.

Can we have the option to reorder the favourite templates list. Perhaps, if each favourite is box that can be shuffled? Thanks. At the moment, i will have to de-favourite the entire list and then make sure to re do it in order.
