Feature Requests

Frustrating that is has a hard time differntiating left and right. Often times heidi has a difficult time understanding the context of the word "right". if i am seeing a patient for left knee pain and discuss left knee etc etc, the moment i say "right" (aka youre correct etc) as a response to the patients question, heidi seems to become confused and overhauls the template to document the right knee being evaluated. this leads to the note documenting the wrong side and wasting time. Happens very frequently. ive tried using the "context" feature and still seems to happen frequently

I have tried to instruct in my consultation template to do the assessment/plan in full sentences, not point form. However, it still comes out in point form.

Appointment title/classificatioin - Heidi should apply the appropriate treatment description and note automatically, based on the record it hears.

When I copy and paste the generated notes into my EMR, asterisks appear, which I have to manually remove. I need a solution to prevent asterisks from appearing in the copied text, ensuring a clean transfer to the EMR.

I WANT TO HAVE A FEATURE IN CONTEXT NOTE WHERE TEMPLATE FOR CHEAT SHEET FOR DIFFERENT PROCEDURES CAN BE SAVED. WHEN WE SELECT THAT TEMPLATE AND FILL IN THE BLANK AND CHOSE THE NOTE TO BE CREATED, IT CAN BE DONE. THIS WILL MAKE ASSISTANTS JOB EASY AND THEY WILL NOT MISS ANY FINDING

Resources tab on the left hand side of the screen under templates. This feature would allow clinicians to permanently store resources.

I would like to have the option of placing template favorites in groups. For example my clinic has a certain protocol on diagnosing ADHD that requires at least three visits and a formal letter. I would like to have an ADHD folder that I can click on that has all 4-5 templates in it easy to find and select. I think this would be helpful for all the well-child exams that are templated. Basically the more I use Heidi the more templates I make and like to use and now it is to the point I need organization.

Requesting for template that a GP doing aged care visits can document based on visiting and dictating encounter details Trialled on other templates and on dictation but some features are omited by Heidi

I would heavily vote for making the ability to pull the timer reading into the note again. That was very helpful! and I feel it an important feature to have in Heidi.
