Once a recording is starting it locks out the template option. I swap between templates based on the patient story. So i have to stop/pause to allow it to swap. I also use heidi to do a concurrent pnt letter and gp letter but once it is finished it always does the 1st letter 1st and then the 2nd after but it has slowed down so it is nice to be able to drag the 2nd into the 1st place so do pnt one to print and the GP one after.

I would like to change the default way that all the dates are written across all my templates, instead of day/mo/year, it reads better as Mon day/yr, Ie instead of 09/10/2025, reading Oct 9/26 is a lot easier to comprehend when trying to synthesize histories.

ability to apply the same instructions to all templates with a global feature rather than having to add it to every single template. Would save a lot of time when needing to change templates as currently adding the same instruction to many different templates takes too long.

Create a blood report template in tables with colour coding

I use Heidi to record notes for ongoing mentoring clients. I may work with the same client up to four times a week, which means I can have around 16 separate Heidi sessions for one client each month. I need to produce regular EOTAS progress reports based on the work completed with each individual client. Currently, every Heidi session is separate, which means I would have to open and review each session individually to produce the report. It would be really useful to have a multi-session reporting feature where I could: Select an individual client/patient. Select a date range, for example 1st to 31st August. Have Heidi access all session notes within that period, rather than being limited to a small number of previous sessions. Ask Heidi to analyse those notes and generate a report or summary from them. Provide the client's individual EOTAS/EHCP outcomes so Heidi can identify and summarise the work and progress relating to each outcome. Generate the report using a chosen template or prompt. Only use information documented within the selected sessions, without inventing or assuming progress that hasn't been recorded. It would also be extremely helpful to have an option to combine or export all notes for one client within a selected date range into a single document. Essentially, I need to be able to go: Client → Date range → Select all sessions → Generate report This would make Heidi much more useful for professionals providing ongoing mentoring, therapy, education or support where the same client is seen regularly and periodic progress reports are required.

Please can we set the export template logo to be larger.

Your previous GPCCMP template was great until today - now the headings are all strange and the layout is not user friendly. Please even for my account can you change it back asap or make it an option. thanks

The user wants templates to automatically separate information into distinct sections based on the topic (e.g., one section for injury-related details and another for all other problems), even when the patient discusses these issues interchangeably during a single consultation. Currently, the user finds that the template merges these into one section despite instructions.

Allow global instructions to be applied to multiple custom templates: for example: (Use full sentences and paragraph format except for Past Medical History and Next Steps. Always refer to the patient by first name. Don't include the section headings in the output. Use NZ English with avoidance of American English, for example "vulval" instead of "vulvar", and include Macrons in any Māori words. Never refer to the doctor dictating the letter in the third person - always in the first person. Common medications I might refer to include Ovestin, Dermol, Ginet, Cerazette. As a general rule, I will almost always use medications that are listed on the NZ Formulary. Use "umbilicus" instead of "belly button". Avoid "scan", refer to "ultrasound", "CT", "MRI", etc. as appropriate. Avoid using "she" at the start of a paragraph, use the patient's first name. ) I add this to every template, and when I change it i have to copy and paste to multiple templates.
