Feature Requests

It would be very helpful if Heidi could label speakers in the transcript ("Speaker 1", "Speaker 2" etc) as it is quite time consuming going through the transcript afterwards and having to figure out when I spoke vs when the patient spoke.

Multiple Photos: Ability to take a series of photos per dictation with a 'take series' mode and a close button, as users often take 3+ photos. 2. OCR Patient Creation: Automatically create patient profiles from OCR data extracted from triage notes in the context. 3. RAMQ/Multi-ID: Use the RAMQ/provincial ID as the primary identifier for a patient to maintain history, while allowing multiple dossier numbers per patient based on the treatment site.

Please make an option to have bullet points rather than dashes when the note is prepared. It is quite frustrating to have to reformat the notes the way I need it to be, each time. This is despite my repeated requests with the AI to used bullet points. Thanks

Users are frustrated having to manually delete 1500+ tasks one by one when tasks are automatically created by Heidi and not needed. Currently there is no batch deletion option. The user mentions it takes 2 hours to manually delete unwanted tasks. Even though users can select all notes on a page (12 items), with 200 pages it's still a huge amount of work. Suggestion: Add batch deletion capability for tasks to save time.

Please add the ability to merge two separate patient profiles into a single patient record in Heidi. Currently, users can manage or link sessions, but there is no way to combine full patient profiles that were created separately.

In every session I would like to have less detail and no identifying names

can we get a voice detection feature with a prompt to transcribe - sometimes forget to click transcribe and finsh a consult and havent clicked transcribe - quite frustrating especially if it was a lengthy consultation

In Ask Heidi, it would be really helpful if the "ask a follow up" prompts remained active after a follow up prompt is used. I often want to select more than one of the prompts, but have to copy and paste to keep them or they disappear. It would be great to be able to go back to earlier elements of an enquiry and select a previously suggested prompt.
