Sometimes when copying text from a generated document, the contents have formatting characters (I believe RTF formatting) exposed / escaped.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Complete a session audio

2) allow note to generate

3) Generate a document (e.g. clinic letter). The document must have words with underscore in them, e.g. Patient_DOB

4) Click "Copy"

5) Paste into an appropriate window (needs to have rich text formatting, e.g. word, cerner powerchart - does not occur in notepad)

6) The pasted output removes the underscores and partially italics content, followed by long segment of italicised content with RTF formatting exposed (e.g. "¨C17C") <- this is the bug

To reproduce, I believe there needs to be an odd number of underscores, which flows onto the carriage return.

Copying directly (i.e. selecting then ctrl-c or right click-copy) does not exhibit this behaviour (although it does have other issues, like all the text being in a "border" and inconsistent use of /cr/lf vs /lf)
