it would be nice to be able to push a button after making edits to a note so that Heidi can observe and learn what you did to implement it next time. Like a hard "learn this" instead of waiting over time for it to catch on.

I cant begin to count how many time a session was not fully transcribed because sometimes there was an error with the system (this is was the engineering team told me once) or that for some reason i can see the session recording but then it says "transcript too short to generate note" and its so frustrating becauseI can see that the mic is on, working, so I have no idea what happens at times, but this has made me loose so much session content and given me lots of anxiety.

Request for a single, dedicated page per patient where their entire medical history is pre-populated after the first visit. This would allow clinicians to easily find previous entries and add new dictations, streamlining workflow and improving access to patient information. No further details required.

id like to be able to upload my office's letterhead so that when i write a school excuse or other professional note/referral/letter, i can do it directly from heidi instead of using the copy and paste shortcuts to put it onto the correct letterhead. no biggie. keep up the great work! yall rock!!

I would like to be able to export my dictations in a Word file whose format has been customized, especially the header. I am currently wasting a lot of time formatting my document for printing after completing my dictation.

I would like to allow Heidi Mobile to transcribe phone calls

It is too much work to go through and find last visits in other providers databases. It makes upgrading not as valuable and difficult to recommend.

When asking follow up questions, and clicking on Copy (copied to clipboard), the bolded words paste as asterisks. I made sure the Microsoft word settings have the Bold and italic auto formatting button checked off. For example these words were bold in the answer when asking Heidi, but paste like this: Tx Plan: Iron Supplementation: The workaround is to draft as new document, then copy with formatting but seems less efficient to do it this way.

I would love for Heidi to be able to insert a table. Right now, she just spaces info with line separations instead of an actual table. ex: | category 1| category 2| instead of an actual table.

I used to be able to drop a screen shot of my day and it would create a patient for each one. Where has this gone just today?
