Search for text within Heidi text fields (i.e. like CTRL-F within a web browser).

The user reports that Heidi has become noticeably slower since the recent web interface changes approximately one month ago. They are using Safari on a MacBook and experience delays when: Opening existing sessions Creating new sessions Loading templates There are no error messages, but the overall web experience is significantly slower than before. The user also specifically mentioned that they preferred the previous Heidi layout/format and felt it performed better for their workflow. The user requested to improve the loading speed and responsiveness of the current Heidi web experience, particularly on Safari/Mac, and consider their feedback that the previous interface felt faster and easier to use.

ability to apply the same instructions to all templates with a global feature rather than having to add it to every single template. Would save a lot of time when needing to change templates as currently adding the same instruction to many different templates takes too long.

The pasted text always ends up as Times Roman, size 12 whereas me preferred settings are Arial, size 10. I have to change this with every letter which is annoying as well as time consuming.

Would love to be able to change the font style and size to match our documentation format.

A very frequently used function in dictations is bracket on “(” and bracket on “)”. Can you please add that to the dictation function? Thank you! (thank you;)

A function to batch export client sessions and all client sessions as a PDF. It is extremely time consuming to export individual sessions. This is particularly an issue with records requests or insurance audits.

The clinician would like improvements to the updated interface to make it easier to navigate during daily clinical work. Requested changes include: Restore clearer visual separation between sessions, including stronger contrast and easier-to-distinguish dates Display full patient names rather than shortened or truncated names Keep the chat panel consistently visible instead of allowing it to disappear Restore the option to sort sessions by patient name Improve the overall readability and comfort of the interface

The changes should reflect in the main note body, not in the question chat as a new note.

When a session is deleted in error it would be useful to undo that and at least have the transcript available once more.
