I would love to request something so that heidi can recognize my voice and help differentiate against patients voice

I use the Mac Desktop Heidi app and want to be able to customize the icons I use the most - for example, I want the Patients icon to appear under Scribe, instead of in the More tab.

itd be great to be able to add a function to"dress" a sumary or document, perhapse a choice of standard styles or a custom visual template - it's more a issue with letters and direct to patient info- but along with that incorporation of pictures/images and symbols would be nice.

Hello, I regularly start a new session but then forget to click Transcribe in my rush to start the next client's Zoom call, or maybe I do think I've clicked transcribe but for some reason it doesn't begin the transcription. Then I change screens to my forms, activities etc and don't notice until the session is over that it didn't start recording. It would be helpful to have a notification similar to the notification about silence during a transcript. A notification that says you started a new session 1 minute ago and you haven't clicked Transcribe; did you want to start the transcription now? Or if it was an option in settings that when you start a new session the transcribing automatically starts.

Need the ability to dictate within a sentence without having the first letter capitalized. The problem is that every time you dictate now, it always capitalizes the first letter of the first word, which is problematic when dictating from anywhere other than the start of a sentence.

Notes should automatically include the date and session number, as well as the client's name or ID. eg: Name/client id Session number Date Session notes:

I use a couple of online databases to access drug and patient info - catalyst by Honna lee( a site qouted as an recognised approved source) is the best example but they require a log in, that stops heidi from cross checking and pulling info from the site, or using it as a fact reasource it would be wonderfull to have a workaround for this

I feel that all paid tiers of Heidi should allow for template sharing between team members, not just the "Practice" tier. It seems like such a minor step to include this feature - after all, we can copy and paste template text if we have to, but not worth an extra $561 per user per year to upgrade to the practice subscription.

As someone who uses Accuro, the Heidi remote is essentially not usable for me. I didnt realize this until after buying it. Because the remote always creates a new session, and cant integrate into my Accuro note, I cant easily incorporate my Accuro context (prior notes, labs, clinic vials, referral pdf). Because all the context is in the EMR, and much is in pdf form, its actually very difficult to get the context into the heidi app seperately. As a result I cannot have my required context in the same session as my remote recorded transcript. Because we also cant merge the Accuro session (with the context) with the Remote recorded session, there is no way to effectively use this without sacrificing the note contents or workflow efficiency. If both the Accuro integration and Heidi remote are long term products that are being invested in, I would like to request better integration between the two, Alternatively clear documentation that the remote does not integrate with Accuro would be nice, as it was quite expensive and I now cant use it in my workflow.

Instead of automatically using clinician credits when Heidi feels these are necessary Heidi should ask if the user desires to use a credit on the given. This could be a feature that’s toggled on and off in settings as I understand some people might want Heidi to automatically use a clinician credit. However, my experience, Heidi consistently uses these credits, unnecessarily and inconsistently. Sorry a lot more control as to when these credits are used.
