I want to be able to create my letters/reports from templates, which i do. However when seeing repeat clients, I need to re add in their GP's details, medical history and every other relevant medical Hx from past sessions. This should be automatic if the client is linked to the new session. Medications, medical history, their specialists and GPs etc do not change. This information should be readily available for use. I want my templates to generate this information, from past sessions, to reduce my manual entry. it is surprising that it cannot be done.
