Otherwise I have to copy the info from the exported word document and into my templates (painful). I use Office 365, power automate and Sharepoint rather than a medical records system and we don't post letters to GP - whatsapp, 365 sharing links, secure email etc

It would be great if genograms could be made, this makes the task of psychologists and other health professionals much easier

I want to be able to create my letters/reports from templates, which i do. However when seeing repeat clients, I need to re add in their GP's details, medical history and every other relevant medical Hx from past sessions. This should be automatic if the client is linked to the new session. Medications, medical history, their specialists and GPs etc do not change. This information should be readily available for use. I want my templates to generate this information, from past sessions, to reduce my manual entry. it is surprising that it cannot be done.

Would like ability to have sections with a copy option so that I do not have to highligth text to copy and paste

I would like to be able to print my note/document to .pdf, complete with letterhead and signature. There is the option to print to a fillable .pdf but a fillable pdf restricts the space in which text can be entered, which does not work when my reports can be 1-3 pages long and not suited to fitting a standard template with limited spaces. I am aware that there is the option for text to be re-sized to fit the fields on a fillable pdf, but this can result in tiny text. Heidi can currently print a .pdf with text only. It would be great to expand and customize this with the addition of visual elements.

I would like to have a feature where a prompt can be included in the templates to automatically pull a snapshot of information from the last session. This would help in maintaining continuity and ensuring that all relevant information is carried forward without manual intervention.

I would like to have the option of placing template favorites in groups. For example my clinic has a certain protocol on diagnosing ADHD that requires at least three visits and a formal letter. I would like to have an ADHD folder that I can click on that has all 4-5 templates in it easy to find and select. I think this would be helpful for all the well-child exams that are templated. Basically the more I use Heidi the more templates I make and like to use and now it is to the point I need organization.

I often need to fill out forms for patient referrals, such as to spine surgery or neurology. Currently, only fillable PDF forms are supported for automatic filling. It would be beneficial if Word documents could also be used as templates for this purpose, allowing for more flexibility in document formats.
