Feature Requests

I would like to be able to login to Heidi from my hospital and from my clinic with NO MFA- given that I am already logged into my network in those locations. When I am off site, Id like to require the MFA for added security. Our EMR has this option, in that we can have certain IP addresses where we do not require MFA. Thx!

I'd like to be able to use it through a telephone cloud-based headset

Currently using iPad to go between office visits. When I run the Heidi app and then switch to my EMR it stops recording the session. Therefore I have to use the desktop version on my iPad. Would like to be able to use the app on the iPad as it's cleaner and more user friendly on the iPad compared to the desktop version. Would be very useful if the microphone/recording can continue when going between the app and other apps/EMR while using on iPad. Additionally, I have noted with desktop version on iPad as well, sometimes the microphone will stop recording when going between tabs in safari (ie between the Heidi website and EMR website).

I would love to have the ability to integrate the app with my Apple Watch. This would allow me to start recording sessions on the fly with just a touch of a button on my watch. It would be incredibly convenient to push a button and have the recording start either on my phone or directly on my watch.

I would like to see improvements in the synchronization between the Heidi Health apps and the web-based version. This enhancement would ensure a seamless experience across different platforms, making it easier to access and manage my health information consistently.

Every time I upload data, I have to check a 'complex file' checkbox, which adds unnecessary clicks, especially when dealing with multiple screenshots. It would be more efficient if this step could be removed to streamline the process.

I would like to integrate Google Calendar with my Heidi account to improve scheduling and workflow. This integration would allow me to seamlessly manage my appointments and tasks across both platforms, ensuring that I never miss an important event or deadline. It would be a great enhancement to have this feature available.

I am using Simple Practice and would like to integrate Heidi with my client sessions via Simple Practice. It would be beneficial to have a seamless connection between the two platforms to streamline my workflow. I understand that the integration is dependent on customer demand and the willingness of Simple Practice to collaborate. I hope this integration can be prioritized as it would greatly enhance my experience.
