I did want to share some feedback regarding the subscription structure. As a solo practitioner, I would find it very helpful if there were a single-user subscription tier that allowed integration with platforms such as Cliniko and MedicalDirector, offered as a monthly subscription. At present, I am paying $110 per month ($1,320 annually), however this does not include access to integrations. The annual cost is not significantly different from the once-off “Together” subscription fee, but at this stage of my business, paying $1,391.63 upfront is not financially feasible. A monthly, single-practitioner integration option would be much more accessible for clinicians in a similar position to myself and would likely improve uptake among solo providers.
