Hi , I would love to be able to see my templates on the screen as I record a session as a prompt to remember all the areas I need to cover in my history and examination Perhaps as a copy and paste area than can be replaced by the transcript once it is finished

I would like a dedicated speech pathology note template that includes things like - session goals, session outcomes for each session goal , recommendations.

I do various aspects of the neurological examination tailored to the pts problem. eg fundoscopy may or may not be done. only some sensory ,modalities might be tested out of PP, vibration, touch and JPS. Only some reflexes may be done. Is there (can there be) a way of specifying what aspects of examination have actually been done so that the text describing the examination is then appropriately altered?

Otherwise I have to copy the info from the exported word document and into my templates (painful). I use Office 365, power automate and Sharepoint rather than a medical records system and we don't post letters to GP - whatsapp, 365 sharing links, secure email etc

We didn't move forward with the trial, now my colleagues and I are unable to manage our templates due to team templates appearing in the list.

I need to be able to annotate a breast diagram with my clinical findings in order to go completely paper free. Please could you add this feature with the ability to annotate the diagram with markers and text?

What happened to all the Canadian OT templates? I can only find two and they are not in my practice area. There used to be a lot when I signed up. What happened?

I would like to include a template on Wrist Range of motion in my examination section of my initial letter template eg If normal motion It should appear as Wrist ROM: R L DF 90 90 PF 90 90 S 90 90 P 90 90 RD 15 15 UD 40 40 Grip (kg) If not normal I would like to make the correction verbally and then include the grip stregth Is this possible??
