Heidi does not allow changing the language once transcription has started. It would be advantageous to have the ability to convert languages even after transcription has begun, providing more flexibility and accommodating dynamic language needs during transcription sessions.

Large percentages of my patients speak arabic.

A large segment of my patients from afghanistan and pakistan speak this language and finding an interpreter can be difficult

Like many countries we are bilingrual and cultural safe practice means using both Māori and english in our notes at times. This would be very helpful to be able to have integrated into Heidi. Additionally it would be helpful if we can toggle this on and off for a client. Some clients having this as routine would not be appropriate and others this would be frowned upon by not using the correct words ie Kura for school.
