I want to add Punjabi, Urdu and Hindi as input languages in addition to English

I live in the US, but Heidi is still using British English. It would be helpful to have an option to switch the language to American English to better suit my needs. This feature would ensure that the language settings align with the user's location and preferences.

An option for English UK would be great so that we don't have to correct from US spelling.

I am a podiatrist and English is not my first language. I have a Chinese accent, and I have noticed a recurring voice-recognition problem when dictating toe numbers. Heidi frequently misunderstands me when I say terms such as “1st toe,” “4th toe” and “5th toe.” This is particularly important in podiatry because an incorrectly transcribed toe number can result in an inaccurate clinical record. Is there a recommended way for me to dictate anatomical locations or ordinal numbers so that Heidi recognises them more reliably?

I'd like to add full support for Spanish language: custom dictionaries, specialty community based dictionaries, better transcription of Spanish medical terms. Thank you!

I recently experienced a complete failure to generate a transcript when using the multilingual beta for a consultation in English and Hakka. It seems that Hakka is not yet supported, which caused significant inconvenience as I had to dictate the letter from scratch. It would be beneficial if the multilingual beta could support Hakka to prevent such issues in the future.

The more I use Heidi the more frustrating it gets because it seems to be struggling a lot to understand even the most basic canadian french accent and it really impacts the generated note's quality. When looking at the transcripts I would estimate it gets about 50% of what is said correctly, and the generated transcript really doesn't make much sens and is unintelligible. The result is I have to spend as much time charting just to correct the mistakes it made and add all the details it did not comprehend and isn't able to generate when asked specifically. It also doesn't seem to be learning and self improving and using the corrections I make to gain a better understanding of the accent and get more accurate with the transcript the next time around.
