I practice in South Africa and more than half my consultations are in Afrikaans. Please add Afrikaans as a language option.

I'd like to add full support for Spanish language: custom dictionaries, specialty community based dictionaries, better transcription of Spanish medical terms. Thank you!

I live in the US, but Heidi is still using British English. It would be helpful to have an option to switch the language to American English to better suit my needs. This feature would ensure that the language settings align with the user's location and preferences.

Would love to have the menu and interaction elements translated to german language
