This would allow clinicians to incorporate recent hospitalization summaries, labs, and other doctor visit notes into their documentation. The uploaded files would be accessible for easy reference in the future, streamlining the workflow by eliminating the need to re-upload or copy/paste documents into the chat window.

James wants to upload raw emails from the doctor group containing referral information and contextual advice to be used as evidence with Ask Heidi. He needs an 'Unsorted' folder that is GP-only so that other team roles cannot see these direct email threads (since the GPs already have access to the emails themselves). This would allow sensitive email correspondence to be kept within the GP group while still being usable as evidence.

I need to include more than 3 past sessions in the Context tab to create comprehensive documents for my clients. Expanding the limit to at least 6 sessions would greatly enhance my ability to provide detailed and accurate information in my letters.

I would like to be able to take screenshots in the context section.

Alan needs the ability to interrupt or cancel file uploads when they freeze in the Context tab. Currently, once a file is selected for upload and it freezes, there's no way to stop it, which causes delays. This is particularly problematic when dealing with impatient clients who can't wait for uploads to complete indefinitely.

The context section includes 3 different components. 1. The previous sessions in Heidi from the same patient that are attached internally. 2. Documents and files that are uploaded and attached from external sources. 3. The text that is manually entered into the text box on the context tab. It would be very helpful to have a way to provide the AI model with 3 different instructions specific to each of these 3 sources. External notes attached for background are useful for things like past medical history, investigations, prior medical course, social history, family history, and maybe even medications if the context is not too old. It is not at all helpful for things like physical exam, active issues, or impression and plan. Any impression provided in a note I have attached is potentially outdated, incorrect, and certainly does not actually represent my own personal impression. If this impression is to be used in the current session, it should be attributed to a 3rd party (i.e. "Dr. X thought that the patient's symptoms were due to Y") In contrast, I often enter text into the context free text box that provides current context to the present session. For example, even when I describe what I am doing as I perform the physical exam, the voice transcript typically does not capture the full extent and nuances of the physical exam I perform, and this is missed in the note. Instead, I will often type aspects of the physical exam into the context box. I need a way to instruct the model that those aspects of the physical exam are both current and reliable, as opposed to an historical physical exam done by someone else at some time in the past which is buried in a past consult note attached for background. I might also provide Heidi with a list of issues and a very brief impression as a starting point for the model to work with, which reflects my current impression as opposed to some other physician's past impression. Previous sessions added to context should be interpreted differently from the other two sources. This information is historical, but is of known reliability and also reflects my own impression as opposed to someone else's impression. While it is necessary/helpful to instruct the model to disregard historical physical exam findings (as noted above), it would be helpful if the model could reference my own historical sessions (i.e. "edema today is 1+, improved from 3+ last month"). Without the ability to provide different instructions for the different sources of context, this also is not possible.

Hi I like the new pop up when on a different screen/browser tab. It would be cool if you could drag and drop a PDF attachment straight into the little context box that pops up. The icon changes to a + to suggests it is thinking about it but it didnt seem to upload, just opened in a new window.

1) Auto-select specific past sessions when adding context (e.g., last 2 consult notes + flowsheet with labs for new consults, including referring package from GP and flowsheet). 2) Keep context folders collapsed by default to reduce clutter. 3) Ability to start seeing patients while context is still uploading to eliminate lag. This would benefit all visit types and significantly improve workflow efficiency.

When uploading background documents (e.g., GP referrals), Heidi would automatically suggest patient identifiers such as name, DOB, and PHN. This would save time by eliminating manual entry and help cross-reference uploaded documents to ensure the correct patient's PDF or referral is being used, preventing errors with patient identification.

Currently the context only uses 3 sessions. This is inadequate when most letters and reports need to reflect on all sessions in a period of time. The minimum would be 6 sessions and maximum 20 sessions
