Increase number of appointments allowed as context to enable full history of appointments to be kept. So that I can ask Heidi a question about a certain problem and have it generate an accurate answer without needing to manually search history in my software to copy and paste all relevant information

I want to be able to copy and paste the letters better into letters. The current letter context window does not have any text editing features such as paragraphs, font sizes etc. This means that everything has to be reformatted once it's copy+pasted into another practice software (Clinic to Cloud). Also the text should be easily copy and pasted into other HTML formats.

It would save a lot of time if Heidi not only remembered previous sessions' transcriptions, but also the context and files uploaded. Then it's not necessary to copy from the EHR every time.

Specific to psychiatry, practice guidelines have strongly advocated for the use of measurement based scales to track progress. Scales such as the PHQ9, GAD7, YBOC for OCD, etc. These scales could be completed by patients before appointments and then used for context for a consult or progress note. An example of an AI scribe service that has implemented this is MD Hub, which I currently use before this trial.

Please include ability to copy and paste context as separate documents (vs just uploading) similar to Open evidence.

When the last 3 notes of the context tab are selected, Heidi will often just repeat the previous session's note and ignore the transcript of the current session. When I turn off those notes, Heidi will summarize the current session instead.

Please don't change the formatting and compress the context text when we paste it, I often need to refer and edit it during consult and the compression of this text makes it impossible to read.

Please could you enable password protected PDFs to be imported when uploading and importing files into Context tab

At the moment, Heidi does not support uploading plain .txt files into the Context (pre-session note) area, only PDF, DOCX, PNG, and JPG. In real workflows, this means clinicians must: Open the .txt file in another program Convert or copy/paste it into a Word document Then upload it into Heidi This extra step is time-consuming and disruptive, especially during busy client days. .txt files are a fundamental, lightweight format and are commonly used for transcripts. Supporting them would make Heidi more flexible and resilient in real-world clinical settings, particularly when users need to recover from recording issues or integrate external transcripts quickly.
