Feature Requests

Request for a single, dedicated page per patient where their entire medical history is pre-populated after the first visit. This would allow clinicians to easily find previous entries and add new dictations, streamlining workflow and improving access to patient information. No further details required.

When editing a session in Heidi, it would be reassuring to be able to manually save the edits so far. This is supposed to happen automatically, but disruptions in internet connection or the computer going to sleep could impact this. I would like to be able to click "save" before, for example, taking a phone call or leaving my computer for a few minutes.

I would like to work on a new session such as adding context, while transcribing the current session.

I want an option where Heidi would automatically create a patient profile based on name i put in, or automatically suggest linkage to an existing patient profile based on name.

Being able to combine all transcripts from one client would allow Heidi to create a more detailed and informed psychological formulation regarding the client.

Ability to group or categorize patient profiles - e.g. I work in 3 clinics/settings and use different templates for each. It would be great to assign patient profiles to a clinic/group for improved organization, and so that the appropriate template is always defaulted for that patient.

For ease of use, please position the 'new session' button directly above the 'start transcribing' button so they are closer together. This will make starting a new session and transcribing faster and more convenient for users.

When searching, I want to be able to access the content of the sessions, not just the title or description or name of patient. For example, I might recall a patient who was on a certain med, or needs a certain med, or went to a certain facility, or had a certain condition, or had a certain doctor who referred, etc., but cannot recall off hand which patient that was. I want to be able to enter that word, and pull up the sessions that reference this info, then I can easily get right back to a patient session.

Where there are accidentally duplicate patients, it would be useful to be able to delete them or even merge them together.
