Can we please have a way to pre-chart for future appointments on the schedule tab? You are not integrated with my EHR. It would be nice to prep the next day's patients chart rather than copying and pasting information the day of.

Currently, the session list shows relative dates (e.g., “Today,” “Yesterday,” “5 days ago”) for recent sessions. Full dates only appear for sessions older than 7 days. Users want the option to display exact dates for all sessions. Customer Impact: • Disruptive to EMR workflows where precise dates are required. • Creates friction for users who need to quickly match Heidi session notes with EMR timelines. • No current workaround since Memory settings only affect generated notes, not the session list. Request: Add a setting to allow users to choose between: • Relative dates (current default: “Today,” “Yesterday,” “X days ago”), OR • Exact date stamps (e.g., DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY, or YYYY-MM-DD) for all sessions. Source Thread: Customer asked how to change the session list format to always show exact dates. Clarified that it’s not currently possible. Customer confirmed frustration and explicitly requested this as a feature.

Increase the character limit allotted to the patient profile up to 1000 characters.

Ability to import all the patients in a clinic via a simple csv file with 2 columns. 1st column with their name and the second column that allows some brief text to insert into the context for that patient. Currently having to manually insert all my patient names as a new session at the beginning of my clinic and add some brief context about each patient. A simple upload of a csv file with this information would be tremendous!

Currently, users must manually select smart document options to generate notes and letters after each session. This feature would allow the AI to automatically create both the patient note and the letter to the referring clinician without manual intervention, saving time and improving workflow efficiency for clinicians. This request comes from a user who highlighted that manually generating documents for every session is time-consuming and impacts efficiency. They have expressed a desire for a default setting that ensures both notes and letters are automatically generated for all sessions. Benefit: • Streamlines clinician workflow • Reduces repetitive manual actions • Ensures consistent documentation for every session

Give Heidi the feature/ability to restart a session without creating a new one. Have the option to delete a recording/transcription and start again in the same session.

The receptionist can pre-set up the diary for the user instead of the user doing it themselves, so sessions can be merged into the diary automatically, avoiding mistakes when busy or forgetting to stop recording.

I just worte and it diappaered when i logged in. What a shame. Two options in each session 0 If one says medciolegal it prepares a report for the court and of clnical it prepares letetr for pateint and GP. Something similar to F+DRAFT/ APPROVED etc where it can be choosen for each sessions into eitehr clinical or medicolegal
