Feature Requests

Request for a single, dedicated page per patient where their entire medical history is pre-populated after the first visit. This would allow clinicians to easily find previous entries and add new dictations, streamlining workflow and improving access to patient information. No further details required.

It would be helpful to be able to archive or "check off" notes for sessions that have been copied and completed so when my list can be decluttered during shifts where I see 20+ patients.

Showing the previous session will make it easier to follow up.

The import schedule feature works pretty well, but there are a couple issues. 1) If the patient names in the imported schedule are not formatted exactly the same as they are in Heidi (e.g., Last, First instead of First Last), Heidi does not recognize the patient. 2) When trying to find a patient to link to the visit, there is no way to search the patient list and you have to scroll through all the patients, which is inefficient and time consuming. This would be a great feature for those of us who don’t have direct EHR integration if you can fix these issues. Thanks!

I often want to go back to a session that was recorded weeks ago. It is slow to scroll back through the list of past sessions. It would be good to e able to filter by date range, or to go directly to a date.

Entering patients name is difficult as the clock is very finicky. It should be easier to tab through and enter correct time on the clock.

CLIENT DETAILS PAGE Hi there, at the moment I can link an appointment to a client but Heidi is not recalling basic things such as parent names or current goals. I have to enter these into context every time. Id like to have a client page for each client that has key elements that Id like Heidi to consider each session such as current goals (I will need to be able to update the Client page as things change), parent's names etc It would also be great to be able to select a check box to advise Heidi who attended the session...

Can you manage the sessions so we can name them. FOr example, I have a weekly clinic. I can go through my patients ahead of time and oranise them. We then need the feature to dsrag and drop patients within these sessions to organise them as they are attending on the day. Would make fro an improved workflow.,

I would like the ability to schedule patients for future appointments and manage a day sheet directly within Heidi, without relying on an EHR integration. This feature would streamline my workflow and make it easier to manage appointments and daily schedules within a single platform.

It would be great to have profile charts for each patient and the ability to see all notes for each session and summarize overall treatment progress when client is discharged.
