Feature Requests

Please could you allow note editing to be fluid on the app when offline, then sync when internet access is regained. I often neaten up my notes on the train/underground when there is no signal however the app does not work properly without signal. The cursor does not move to the area of the note where I press, and typing is non-responsive.

I have an Apple iphone and it will not allow me to used Heidi for phone counselling. At the moment I am using speaker and recording on my ipad but I would prefer to do it with Earpods. Advice on how to do this or having someting in the app would help a lot...

When using the mobile app, transciption often ends when i receive a phone call, despite being in 'do not disturb' mode. I am often met with frustrations when using the app, and am not likely to spend money on this program until bugs like this are fied

It would be GREAT if with the phone app it was able to transcribe/ record while a phone call with a patient was taking place on that cell phone. I.e. the app can record/ transcribe the call. Everything done on one device. It would be great if it could do this in the background.

Currently, the Heidi phone app doesn't require a password to open. This makes me wonder what privacy and security measures it has presently, if any. Unfortunately, it is not up to standard for storage of health care information and is therefore not currently useable for professionals in this field.
