It would be nice to be able to edit the transcript, i.e delete certain parts not relevant or confusing info captured during the consultation.

I sometimes accidentally record two sessions in one recording/session. There should be an ability to edit the transcript to remove irrelevant or incorrect portions of it.

Edit the location for end of transcription/recording or split the recording. There are times when I accidentally leave a recording running after leaving the room and details not pertaining to the patient or visit are included in the note.

PLEASE allow for editing transcripts.
1) I see many many siblings and twins. Dividing into multiple sessions is challenging. Keeping parents on one kid, then the next, is not only difficult but counter-productive when the behaviours of the kids is intertwined.
2) I frequently have either interuptions or side-bar conversations that should not be in the final transcript.

I would like the ability to edit the transcript text. The transcript picked up wrong information and now I have no way of ensuring that information doesn't make it into my reports.

I agree, I sometimes forget to turn it off and end up with a much longer than needed transcript that dilutes the session and requires a lot of adjustments.

I need the ability to edit the full transcript directly within the application. This feature is crucial as it affects all the letters and ensures accuracy in documentation. Without this capability, the current solution may not be suitable for our needs.

I just had this request from the emergency room physician who states that there are constant interruptions, notification, and alarms not concerning the patient that sometimes get included in the transcripts. (especially from Vocera messages)

I really really need to be able to edit the transcript.

I'm not perfect. I forget to stop recording sometimes, and then I record part of a different conversation. Technically, that should never happen... But we're human, this is going to happen a fair bit and we need to account for that. If transcripts could be edited and output regenerated, we could deleted extraneous content.
