I need the ability to edit the full transcript directly within the application. This feature is crucial as it affects all the letters and ensures accuracy in documentation. Without this capability, the current solution may not be suitable for our needs.

I just had this request from the emergency room physician who states that there are constant interruptions, notification, and alarms not concerning the patient that sometimes get included in the transcripts. (especially from Vocera messages)

I'm not perfect. I forget to stop recording sometimes, and then I record part of a different conversation. Technically, that should never happen... But we're human, this is going to happen a fair bit and we need to account for that. If transcripts could be edited and output regenerated, we could deleted extraneous content.

This would be useful when I forget to stop transcribing and completely irrelevant conversation outside of the consultation is included and then utilised for the patient notes and transcript

I agree... STRONGLY. We need a way to correct transcription errors. This would also allow us to paste a full transcript from another source.
