Feature Requests

The "list" gets cluttered. It would be AWESOME to mark a note as completed / transferred and copied but keep it in a "completed notes" tab that would disappear from the "past" and "scheduled" areas. Like a third tab for "OK I copied this over but if needed for a letter later, referencing, or looking at the transcript I can still find it until 7 days has passed. Just to keep things less cluttered.

Heidi keeps misspelling local physician, facility and place names. I've used word lists in the past with Dragon to reduce the amount of correction and editing needed but Heidi only allows me to customize my word list by manually entering each word individually. This would save me and my fellow physician here a lot of editing time.

To be able to toggle the columns to make them smaller or larger. Also, selecting what to display would be amazing with more options like (recent files uploaded, notes ready, notes in progress, unfinished etc.)

I have noted options on other medical AI's that are quite helpful, including: on the consent page it asks for first and last name, gender (male, female or they) and ask whether this is a new patient or a review and therefore streamlines the output a bit better. Are there options like this available or able to be added to Heidi?

My modality of Bowen Therapy (a complimentary/allied health therapy) is not listed as an option

Enable users to receive a copy of letters or notes sent from their Heidi account.

It would be helpful to have a drop-down menu for previously used emails to send the templates to. It would also be helpful to be able to send the same document to multiple emails.
