The option to manually add personalisations to Heidi would be appreciated. I am finding that despite regularly using the same templates and prompts, covering similar ground/structure within assessments over a number of months, and personalisations starting to be identified and fed through to outputs, I am still quite consistently provided with significant variations in writing styles, level of detail, formatting and length of/within outputs. Furthermore, personalisations appear to be remembered, fed through and used inconsistently within outputs; sometimes they are used appropriately, sometimes "bits" of personalisations are used, and at other times they do not appear to have fed through at all, despite repetition over time and personalisation being set to "on." Personalisations that are used quite frequently do not seem to have been identified. Output has in some ways become increasingly appropriate and accurate over time, however I am still finding this pattern of variation and inconsistency, meaning that I am repetitively having to spend substantial time making the same edits to some outputs- I also experience inconsistencies in Heidi's ability to follow AI instructions and prompts while making edits/regenerating outputs, and often get different responses using the same prompts. Of course, my templates and prompts may need reviewing and improving, however I do not know that this would explain the inconsistencies. It would also be helpful to have options for re-formatting any copied outputs before exporting, as I can find inconsistencies here too e.g. sometimes formatting based on templates/prompts remain, and at other times formatting seems to get confused or disappear once exported to relevant platforms for documentation purposes e.g. WriteUpp, Microsoft Word, and this can then require additional formatting time.
