I have the same format for the top page of all my notes, and it seems like the personalization is never picking up on this whether I put it in context or edit into the note or use ask Heidi feature, which is frustrating because it would save me time if it would learn this. Provide the option of the following format since as a dietitian I don't diagnosis but need to document ICD10 codes and typically use same CPT codes: details on Start Time, End time, Total Time (automatically calculated). CPT code based off previous codes used, units (automatically calculated based off total time). Patients date of birth and if patient was self referred or who the referring provider is.

I want the start time to be recorded in the transcript instead of the end time. Currently, the system only captures the date automatically, and any time-related information like the start time needs to be stated out loud during recording. It would be beneficial if the start time could be automatically recorded in the transcript when using custom templates on mobile or iPad.
