User suggested a new £20/month pricing tier targeting independent practitioners, self-employed nurses, and allied health professionals. This tier would include 100-200 custom note generations per month, providing access to custom templates without needing the full Clinician plan at £45/month. This would make Heidi more accessible for small clinics and solo practitioners who regularly use custom templates but can't justify the higher-priced subscription.

bring back breaks in the page break for dates in the dictated notes. it was much easier finding notes when you have that break in the sessions area for each day.

Often I would like Heidi to redo part of the note, but the whole note does not need to be regenerated. For example "Separate chest pain and GERD into separate issues in the assessment and plan" or "add a summary of serial changes in historical echocardiograms to the investigations section". Heidi then regenerates the whole note from scratch which takes a lot longer than necessary. Sometimes this process also alters other aspects of the note, which I was either already happy with, or had previously edited manually and do not want my changes undone. Is there a way to have Heidi regenerate only the relevant part of the note in the side window when making a request that applies to only a single section? If I do regenerate a single section, would it be possible to replace that section with the regenerated version as opposed to the current options to "copy", "add to note" (at the end), and "replace".

I would like to be able to view prior notes in split screen, while I am in visit and/or when I am editing note. I am having a lot of trouble with Heidi not bringing the meds forward accurately from last notes, and trying to shorten my medical history more each note. I'd like to look at prior notes for comparisons while i am talking and also when I am finalizing my note. Sometimes I open a new tab with Heidi and look back and forth, but it makes it really easy to make a mistake and start editing or transcribing into the wrong note.

I am looking to annotate directly on digital body charts as part of patient forms for the initial consult. This feature would greatly enhance our workflow by allowing us to integrate body charting into our digital processes, making it easier to document and share patient information efficiently.

After a note is pushed to the EHR (in our case, Athena), there is no persistent indication that this has already been done. This sometimes leads to duplicate pushes and lots of deleting later on. If the status went to "Sent" after the note was (literally) sent, this would prevent this problem.
