Feature Requests

I cant begin to count how many time a session was not fully transcribed because sometimes there was an error with the system (this is was the engineering team told me once) or that for some reason i can see the session recording but then it says "transcript too short to generate note" and its so frustrating becauseI can see that the mic is on, working, so I have no idea what happens at times, but this has made me loose so much session content and given me lots of anxiety.

It would be nice to be able to set the default from transcription to telehealth.

It would be nice to be able to edit the transcript, i.e delete certain parts not relevant or confusing info captured during the consultation.

The desktop app is so slow- takes ages to click and type, and 3 minutes after transcription I cant do anything cant click on next patient. Having to use Heidi in chrome webpage instead When I try to edit the template after already having transcribed, the template never saves, keeps going back to how it was before. Need an easy way to input my own template (via copy paste), currently I have to let Heidi make one, then highlight, backspace and paste mine.

It would be really helpful if I could upload audio files onto the app version for transcription or dictation rather than needing to go onto the desktop version. This is on Android app

It would be wonderful if Heidi titled the session with the patient's name that is included in the transcript during the interview without the need to add it manually

It would be very helpful if Heidi could label speakers in the transcript ("Speaker 1", "Speaker 2" etc) as it is quite time consuming going through the transcript afterwards and having to figure out when I spoke vs when the patient spoke.

I would like to allow Heidi Mobile to transcribe phone calls

I would like to be able to record audio while simultaneously reviewing notes that I have already made. This way I can preround on my inpatients and build a note to reference while in the room and also record the audio from the patient encounter at the same time.
