PLEASE GIVE WARNING WHEN NOT TRANSCRIBING

I cant begin to count how many time a session was not fully transcribed because sometimes there was an error with the system (this is was the engineering team told me once) or that for some reason i can see the session recording but then it says "transcript too short to generate note" and its so frustrating becauseI can see that the mic is on, working, so I have no idea what happens at times, but this has made me loose so much session content and given me lots of anxiety.

When you can see the recording but then get “transcript too short to generate note,” that’s definitely something we want to dig into. Our team is going to take a look and follow up soon — in the meantime, can you share a couple examples (approx date/time of the session, device + iOS/Android, and whether you were on Wi‑Fi or cellular) so we can trace what happened on our side?
