PLEASE GIVE WARNING WHEN NOT TRANSCRIBING

I cant begin to count how many time a session was not fully transcribed because sometimes there was an error with the system (this is was the engineering team told me once) or that for some reason i can see the session recording but then it says "transcript too short to generate note" and its so frustrating becauseI can see that the mic is on, working, so I have no idea what happens at times, but this has made me loose so much session content and given me lots of anxiety.

If the notification could be auditory, that would also be helpful. I don't sit at my computer when I am treating a client (psychologist here) and so would not see a visual one.

Ich hatte heute das gleiche Problem. Aufzeichnung mit dem Handy, die ganze Zeit wurde die Transkription angezeigt, am Ende wurde kein Text erzeugt. Heute 12 - 12:30 Uhr.

Agreed. This happened to me last Thursday night, 19 March 2026. Very frustrating. It was on my laptop, which was on wifi and it was indicating that it was transcribing but apparentlly it had been interrupted very early on in the session.

I agree it would be helpful to get a notification if not recording this would be a big update.

Karolina Sztajerowska — thanks for flagging this, and I’m really sorry for the anxiety and lost content this has caused. When you can see the recording but then get “transcript too short to generate note,” that’s definitely something we want to dig into. Our team is going to take a look and follow up soon — in the meantime, can you share a couple examples (approx date/time of the session, device + iOS/Android, and whether you were on Wi‑Fi or cellular) so we can trace what happened on our side?
