Feature Requests

Hi, I like the SOAP (Issues) template but would like to add 2 things that I haven't figure out how to do. I would like the note to start with "IN-OFFICE" or "PHONE" followed by the start time and end time of the encounter. No matter what I try by customizing, it doesn't seem to be able to add the start and stop times (based on when the transcription started and ended). Thanks!

When copying text, dot points (dashes) in output are included in copied text

It would be helpful if the context could remain the same within a specific patient's chart, rather than having to add context every session.

If as a clinician I asked - are you still continuing to have pain ... the AI generated summary mistook this as patient saying they are continuing to have pain.

To be able to replace an uploaded session recording and/or add more separated recordings as part of the whole note along with other PDF files. This would allow much more flexibility with relevant pt context.

Heidi doesnt seem to give much importance to the end of the conversation where I will point out to patient's what are the red flags to look out for, it doesnt sound like much but it is a vital part of the notes for medico-legal reasons

Often a requirement of funding registration is to ensure that all progress notes reference client goals explicitly. Writing full, SMART structured goals in every note is tedious, so being able to carry this over or refer to it briefly when dictating would be incredibly helpful.

It is tiresome to go through notes and update every contraction, and as tiresome to add them all as find and replace. As for He's, this could be he is, or he has so a find and replace would not be meaningful.
