Feature Requests

Request for a single, dedicated page per patient where their entire medical history is pre-populated after the first visit. This would allow clinicians to easily find previous entries and add new dictations, streamlining workflow and improving access to patient information. No further details required.

I copied previous visits of a patient into the context section and wanted Heidi to give me a summary, using my summary template. I did not want to generate it without transcription.

Please make an option to have bullet points rather than dashes when the note is prepared. It is quite frustrating to have to reformat the notes the way I need it to be, each time. This is despite my repeated requests with the AI to used bullet points. Thanks

A new and improved version of the template builder that allows users to easily understand how to create custom templates as well as customise Heidi's ones. This template builder will make it easier to add sections and different content types through more intuitive and visual representations of content types, as well as better explanations of the different types of content and what they do.

It would be nice to be able to edit the transcript, i.e delete certain parts not relevant or confusing info captured during the consultation.

Ability to set different retention periods for transcripts and notes. Transcripts could be deleted after a set period (e.g., 2 months), while notes are retained longer for reference and workflow needs, such as generating review letters or referring back to assessments.

I'm not perfect. I forget to stop recording sometimes, and then I record part of a different conversation. Technically, that should never happen... But we're human, this is going to happen a fair bit and we need to account for that. If transcripts could be edited and output regenerated, we could deleted extraneous content.

the ability to pick a colour scheme.

if there is a way to upload documents from prior appointments or prior outside visits for referrals to provide reference information that can then also be integrated into the note even if OCR was involved this would make this product absolutely priceless

I find it challenging to personalize the application to suit my needs. It would be beneficial to have tutorials that guide users on how to change outputs and help the application learn individual styles. This would enhance the user experience by making the tool more adaptable to personal preferences.
