All LLMs hallucinate, but Heidi seems to have a particular propensity for hallucinating dates for when a procedure supposedly happened, and making up patient age. It particularly likes to pretend that MRI scans were done on today's date, which is never true. I know that this kind of error is hard to contain, but such an obvious and unnecessary hallucination undermines confidence in the system. Can I suggest introducing a validator that ensures that dates and ages are only included if specifically mentioned in the transcript?

From app or web: New Session > Patient Name > click on session date/time > try to pick a date in June It then picks the corresponding date in July. Then you have to go back in and click and it'll let you get a June date.

Note shows 2 hours 48 min recorded, but there is no transcript and cannot generate note.

When note is created there is a copy button in the top right & can click "copy w/ formatting". When I paste into my EMR it loses all the formatting. If i ask the AI to add a copy text button, it will regenerate the letter and clicking the copy button and pasting into my EHR the formatting works. th eother option is that I need to highlight the text then copy and it will work. So I would like to see a functioning copy button in the intitial letter.

Transcription obtained, shows time spent during the appointment but note nor transcript is generated and getting "note too short" error.

Records for about 2mins and then cuts out and says “cannot record”

Dear Heidi App Development Team, I appreciate the effort and design that has gone into creating the Heidi app. However, I have encountered some significant usability issues on the mobile interface that I believe are important to address: 1. Text Selection and Navigation: The app makes it difficult to select text, especially when scrolling to the bottom of an output. This issue makes editing and reviewing notes cumbersome. 2. Interface Bulkiness: The mobile interface is quite bulky, allowing only a couple of lines of text to be visible at a time. This severely limits the ability to effectively type and navigate within the app. 3. Typing Consistency and Buggy Titles: There are frequent issues with typing consistency, and even the titles appear buggy at times, which impacts the overall user experience. I hope you can consider these points for future updates, as improving these aspects would greatly enhance usability and productivity for users like me. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
