Will detect silence when 2 screens are open on 2 machines.

Will play the large heidi H but then go back to a blue screen or list a 404 error in the top corner.

Previously, following a transcription the sessions would appear with a relevant label in the sidebar that would allow for easy identification of the relevant patient encounter. “Chest Pain” for example. As of yesterday, all of the sessions are labelled as “Untitled”. This makes it considerably more difficult to locate the appropriate encounter. I realize I can add identifying information manually but would advocate for the previous way of labelling continue as a default, I can always change the label if I choose later.

I have downloaded the latest version and am still missing the Context button. How do I get it to show up?

I get booted out and have to reload the app when I receive a phone call during a session. It is disruptive to the client and my session and if I forget to check, I lose the entire session.

Whenever some date is mentioned in the transcript as a year only, Heidi always lists it as 02/XXXX where XXXX is the year, as if it happened in February. For example if I state "Patient has Parkinson's disease since 2010" Heidi will write "Parkinson's disease since 02/2010."

When I place ** two asterisks around text, it should bold it, and though it usually does, every now and then it won't. Similarly, when I place " double quotes around text, it usually includes the text exactly as written and removes the double quotes, but sometimes it leaves the double quotes in. Also, when I want it to include something like a dot phrase (our EMR uses the \ backslash for the "dot"), despite place the phrase between quotes, it will omit the leading character, possibly interpreting it as a typo. Regarding bullets, I prefer hyphens over the dot bullets for list items, and Heidi will abide by this maybe 70% of the time, but seemingly randomly it will go back to dot bullets. Finally, for reasons unknown to me, the line breaks and paragraph breaks and spacing will look perfect within Heidi, but when copied over to my EMR, a portion of the lists will end up without any breaks, e.g. instead of Na: 130 K: 3.4 Cl: 113 It shows: - Na: 130 - K: 3.4 - Cl:113. I usually copy using WITH formatting but WITHOUT lists, I've tried WITH lists, but then it copies all the lists over with paragraph breaks between them instead of simple line breaks. All of these problems seem to be true whether I use the iPhone app, desktop app, or Web app.

I like the new formatting with bullets and numbered lists and bold etc. However, I noticed that Heidi is now using paragraphs within bulleted lists and unformatted bullets within bullets, like so: Initial presentation in 2020 after COVID-19 infection: - Developed facial droop on one side during hospitalization - Initially assessed as stroke alert and admitted - Developed severe migraines with persistent vomiting - Progressive ascending paralysis with tingling sensations - Progressed to inability to walk, jaw locking, and difficulty swallowing - Transferred to ICU and diagnosed with Guillain-Barre syndrome - Received IVIG after developing severe hand contractures - Partial improvement with IVIG, particularly in hand movement And no matter how I give Heidi instructions in rounded brackets, she still does this. Frustrating!!

When copying and pasting from Heidi into our practice management software, it's losing its formatting. So instead of it keeping all the dot points, it makes it all into one paragraph. This first example is how it looks in Heidi. The second example is how it then copies into any other document, be it a Word document or into our practice management software. Additionally, All the dot point lines have now been combined into one solid paragraph of text. i have tried right-clicking and shortcut keys, but there is no change. additionally, this issue is consistent across Mac and PC through the desktop versions and via the web systems and the Android App version (I haven't tried the ISO app). To add some more complexity to this issue, while it loses the formatting when you copy it to a Word document, PMS (clinko and pracsuite) however maintains the correct formatting when you copy it into a Google Doc? So at this stage, the only way I've got to copy the sessions into the practice management systems is first to paste it into a Google Doc and then copy it into our practice management system. adding way more step then should be needed
