While typing in note, if I pause for more than a beat right before a line break, the curser will automatically skip over the line break to the next line. This is a new issue since updating to the latest desktop app on Mac.

Unable to cut and paste into TM3 - am trialing with Garstang Physiotherapy

Every other appointment today didn’t transcribe and I’d have to ask AI to do it again I which case I was charged a pro credit to do so so now I have zero left and half the time it still wouldn’t transcribe and gave an error message saying too short to transcribe even though these were 30-60 minutes long long appointments. I have used this software for over a week now and last week it worked perfectly and had zero errors or. Issues transcribing. Same room, same ipad placement, same patient placement, literally same set up. What’s happening? I loved the software but now im thinking I may have to go look at others

I have noticed since updating to the latest version on Mac desktop yesterday that when letters are being generated the text of the letter is complete however at the bottom it still says "stop generating" with a spinning wheel, and I can't select any of the contextual menu things. Still able to highlight and copy text however.

Over the course of the day Heidi starts to lag. Closing the desktop based app and reopening it seems to fix this problem. It does not seem to correlate to the number of encounters saved, but happens consistently every afternoon as I work my way through clinic.

Desktop has major lag compared to browser (chrome). There's a 2-3 second lag before clicking "r" or "n" to trigger a new note/record. On the chrome browser it is almost instant response.

Snippets stop working. Typing a / does not bring up the menu of snippets. Nor does typing the full snippet result in insertion of a snippet. This can be improved temporarily by editing a snippet & then snippets will work as before for 1 patient then fail again until re-edited.

When I go to "replace" an existing note with one that I regenerated at the bottom after I gave specific instructions it keeps freezing and then saying "oops!" and Then kicks me out of Heidi.
