Heidi inserts comments into the treatment plan I did not mention

loss of formatting in BP

bolding and numerical listing of issues does not come across to our Best practice

"Replacing" note kicks me out of Heidi

When I go to "replace" an existing note with one that I regenerated at the bottom after I gave specific instructions it keeps freezing and then saying "oops!" and Then kicks me out of Heidi.

combined visits that are unrelated

I did 2 separate visit - one in person and next on phone - 2 different computers and for some reason the 2 visits are combined in one visit - when looking at transcript it just continues after the first.

Drag-Drop of .wav files not working

Dragging a .wav file to the “drag and drop” box for dictation does not upload the file. Appears similarly not to function for mp3 files. Using Windows 10 x64 The same file uploads without hassle when the file folder view is opened in the same box.

On peripheral monitor - split screen - lose 'resume' button top right

Playback bar - overlaps text

if click off the bar - playback stops

Output not following template guidelines.

Output is not following the templates at all. it seems like nothing is working.

HTML coding present when I hit 'email report'

When I click EMAIL REPORT - it gets sent as a jibberish with HTML coding present.

Suddenly microphone wont work.

suddenly no options for microphone that it has always been using. No options for microphone AT ALL
