I am unable to create any note using the desktop app (Mac). It was working yesterday. Now the "New Session" button is greyed out, and I cannot edit or create any notes. I have tried restarting the program, signing out/in, etc., with no luck. The browser application still works though. Please figure out why the desktop app is not functional. (I have been waiting for a "human team member" to help me with this for almost an hour...no one seems to be available to take my chat???) FYI - it also will not download/install an update that is available for the desktop app...this appears unrelated to today's issue, as it has been a problem for months.
