Desktop app crash

I have had a few instances over the last two weeks in which the desktop app has crashed and the recording was lost. I tried pausing, resuming, and creating a note. Once those failed, I also tried opening the session on the web app, still no recording or transcript. It said it was able to hear us when we started, but when I went to stop transcribing, there was an error page. I did not get a screenshot, unfortunately, but it has happened too frequently as of late.
