I get booted out and have to reload the app when I receive a phone call during a session. It is disruptive to the client and my session and if I forget to check, I lose the entire session.

Unable to get past the sign in on the Android App. It doesn't matter how many times I update. It's never worked, so I cannot use it to force my tablet to stay awake. The chrome function was working for a while, but now my tablet goes to sleep, and I have an average 11 minutes of session. Sometimes I can squeeze almost 20 minutes, but my sessions are about an hour. I am not getting ANY notes. It will have bits and pieces of a transcript that may or may not be accurate, and it may or may not be willing to create notes with some cajoling. This was a huge time saver for me, but it's stopped working.

whilst in a session, the recording cuts out randomly on my phone. I thought I might have knocked it, and despite being careful to observe it recording following the sessions, afterwards 10-20 seconds into the recording it seems to have cut out. This only started happening after the new format and update. I didn't happen on the the old app layout.

Often very delayed updating of mobile app when I make changes on my PC in the web app. There is no way to manually force-refresh the mobile app which makes the system unuseable frequently.

Sporadically get the app hanging during recording and force closing on android Pixel 8 Pro, meaning that I lose the entire recording. Makes using this app clinically very hard.

The new update did not do as it said. It recorded the visit within the app and was unable to pull a transcript. Now I can no longer upload a voice memo to the app and the app itself can not be trusted to record the visit. I’m beyond frustrated as I literally messaged with a customer service rep yesterday who said it could now be trusted to record. What’s the deal?

With new IPAD app - Need more than 1 way to copy note. If i connect an external keyboard you loose the option to copy (link disappears from bottom of screen) the note after you modify any text.

Records for about 2mins and then cuts out and says “cannot record”
