This has happened to me more times than I can count since I started using the app about a month ago. I press start session, the recording starts, the timer starts, at which time I leave my mobile on my desk and start working with my client. I am unable to check that the app is still recording during the session as I need to support my clients for the duration of the session. When the client has left, I return to my phone to press stop and see the error message that the session was unable to be recorded. Today this occurred 3 sessions out of 4. I was considering paying for the pro version, but it can’t be relied on :(
