Faulty app update (does not record visits outside of wi-fi consistently)

The new update did not do as it said. It recorded the visit within the app and was unable to pull a transcript. Now I can no longer upload a voice memo to the app and the app itself can not be trusted to record the visit. I’m beyond frustrated as I literally messaged with a customer service rep yesterday who said it could now be trusted to record. What’s the deal?

Thanks for reporting this - I totally get your frustration, especially after customer service told you the recording could be trusted. That kind of mixed messaging is really disappointing.
I checked your account and saw you're on version 1.0.15. I've asked you to update to 1.0.25 since we've generally seen folks have better luck with recording when they're on the latest version.
I've also tagged our engineering team to weigh in on whether this wifi recording issue is something we can expect to get fixed in upcoming releases. I don't have a definitive answer until they respond, but I'll make sure you get a real update once we hear back.
