I had a lag creating notes all day yesterday almost like it was frozen for 10 mins each time. AI feature not working

I try to paste my last visit note into the context section. I like for my HPI to include a "Previous Visits" section where it summarizes, in about 1 line, what we did in previous visits. However, Heidi cannot seem to do it properly, not with my template, and not with instructions given after the fact. Heidi continues to think the context is about TODAY's visit even though it has a previous date on it. Even if I say "please summarize the note from the PREVIOUS visit, which I've pasted into the Context," she'll still summarize TODAY'S transcript.

I am using word for word dictation. The "transcript" and "dictation" tabs have the whole dictation, however, when I create a document the last 1-2 sentences of the dictation is not included. This requires me to type out the last couple of sentences. It is time consuming. Happens with about 1/3 of my sessions.

Notes fail to recognize actions already undertaken. For example, if I conducted an excisional biopsy, or, if I made an urgent referral, these actions are listed in present or future tense as "biopsy to be performed", or, "urgent referral". I believe this is confusing for the referring physician when I send my note back as it is not clear whether these actions have been done, are planning to be done, or whether I am asking the referring physician to arrange this. Would love to see the AI output pick up on these differences. It would be lovely to clearly state what has been done, what is being planned, and what I would like the referring physician to perform. As of now, I spend significant time editing these details every day.
