Recently, in the past 2-3 weeks, Heidi has not been following instructions no matter how clear I make them, i.e. never include quotes in the output, yet it still does. Sometimes regenerating fixes it, but often they are still included. Heidi also included custom instructions in the note output randomly whereas it usually never did that before (over the past 3 months I have been a user). I need to regenerate notes much more frequently.

After I end a transcription session, Heidi offers options for which template to format/generate a note. I will pick the appropriate one and it will get about 75% of the structure and instructions of that template. I then have to wait for the note to be finished generating and then I have to manually click on Create Document and once again pick the same template and this time it 'obeys' to about 95-100% accuracy. This is an unnecessary step and time waster unfortunately.

Over the last few weeks, Heidi has suddenly become unable to correctly transcribe my dictation the first time over 50% of the times I have used it. It is either unable to generate a note (it tells me there is an error and something went wrong), or only transcribes half the note on first attempt (cuts off the transcript). I have to click regenerate each time to get it to attempt a full note (or any note at all).

For the past few weeks, the quality of the output has been consistently poor, necessitating multiple revisions. At times, the responses from Ask Ai have also been formatted incorrectly and lack clarity.
