Incompete transcripts following a delay

If I am in a busy clinic and complete an interview but do not get to complete the paperwork on the day the data seems to be corrupted/lost when I return a day or two later. If I ask Heidi to regenerate the transcript it is incomplete and just cuts off, especially with long interviews over 30 min. Regardless of prompt I can't seem to get the end of the conversation back.
Is this an issue you are aware of?

The transcript is very accurate but it doesn't contain the whole of my session. I usually do hour long sessions and it's missing a lot of it maybe up to a third. This has been happening for many months and it's super frustrating when I need to check a direct quote from the client but that portion of the session isn't available to check

I'm losing massive amounts of information. I keep losing sessions about 11-20 minutes in, and I don't always know until I click back to Heidi on telehealth (which works best), even on the desktop app. It will have an error and have to close, but I don't know at what point the problem occurred. I miss sections of the session, and I may not have notes. I didn't know about the problem, and I cannot keep fighting with Heidi when I'm trying to work with clients. I'm losing tons of information. It's worse with in person sessions. It's been going on for weeks. It's very touch and go if I get notes at all now.

Didn't record the conversation accurately and then didn't provide the full transcript (it stopped partway through). multilingual language detection → English. very frustrating.

Yes I’ve been experiencing the same thing. Is it possible to actually talk to anyone at Heidi about this issue?

Sometimes this but sometimes just on the desktop. I think on some occasions it is because I have paused or stopped the transcription then resumed. Somewhere in between I think the microphone permissions get mixed because I use multiple windows at the same time. The timer keeps going but there may be no input. I have submitted a separate request to have Heidi tell us if the timer is running but no sound is coming through.

Hi Cameron! Thank you for highlighting this, not an issue I am aware of. Are you using the mobile app on your rounds and then having issue with the notes on your desktop later on?
