Feature Requests

Please have very distinctive background colours for recordings and not recording mode - please consider making these customizable. The tiny red dot is too hard to notice without breaking eye contact with patient and staring at the screen. The concentric circles from the microphone means "not recording" which is really confusing!

When you click "New session" it would be nice for the cursor to be automatically in the patient details box so that you can just start typing the name rather than clicking New Session then patient details then Start. Even if you could then tab from the patient details to Start transcribing.

I would like to be able to archive the session s rather than delete. To enable refering back to a previous session for review but not cluttering up the past sessions list. Thanks.

It would be good to have a keyboard shortcut to toggle quickly between transcribing and dictation mode. Even better would be if could just record and then select output for transcribe or dictate as I have used the wrong mode a number of times!

Would be great to voice control Heidi

Instead of exporting the notes or documents as a document, it would be good to have the option of printing directly from Heidi.

Mass/Bulk export of sessions to be able to edit and adjust outside of the browser (ie offline) for those of us who can't use the desktop app.

Ability to drag the vertical divider between 'sessions' column and the main window: I want to be able to do this on occasion to make it easier to see the details on past sessions (similar for instance to resizing windows in Outlook)

I would love a drop down menu at the ask heidi so I can select common tasks eg" "rewrite note without refererring to "the patient" "rewrite note removcinf sections where no infoirmation is added saves me writing it every time - now I justr have a file open and I cut and paste but it is clunky
