Feature Requests

After a note has been generated, most clinicians will review the output. It would be good to have a tick box within that note/document that alerts the user that the document has been reviewed and might be ready for sign off. This would help secretaries see when a document has been completed, or if a document is still not-reviewed.

I often find Heidi is Passive eg. "The patient was prescribed medication" rather than "I(the doctor) prescribed medication to the patient"

If I know that a certain medication can be mispelled in many names, I would like to give a generalised find and replace that is more of a listening guide for the transcription to know to be careful when similarities are met, and always use my spelling.

User would like Heidi to have an option to copy from multiple sessions and export them into 1 word file.

I would subscribe to the monthly heidi health if the price point was better, meaning around a $40 per month subscription fee. This would also be considered for our team, but for now the difference between free and pro is so polar that there is no incentive to transition from the free version.

I would like for AI note to be generated with the a certian template without transcription portion. Like the ability to use contextual notes and rephrase it a dicated note. Almost like an Chat GPT summary of the patient details

All throughout Heidi (notes, additions, templates tec.) including rich-text formatting options in Heidi, such as bolding, italics and ordered/unordered lists

I would like to have a session be recorded and transcribed and simultaneously open a previous session note. This would allow me to continue to transcribe the current session while being able to pull information from previous sessions that may be important in the current session. Example: While in session and recording with Client 1, being able to open previous session notes for Client 1 without having to pause transcription.

Add a refresh button to synchronise consultations and notes when working on 2 different devices simultaneously
