Heidi-Accuro integration should push note to bottom of linked note, not top.

Accuro Templates always put some header text in notes, and I have designed my Heidi templates with this in mind. Given that Heidi does not have access to the information my templates are pulling, I do need the Accuro template content to be above the pushed note.

Totally hear you on why the Accuro template header needs to stay above the Heidi-pushed content, especially since Heidi can’t access the same template data.
