: Custom Task Categories for Better Workflow Organization

Currently, tasks are limited to 5 categories (Order, Coordinate, Communicate, Document, Action). It would be helpful to add custom categories like "Research" and "Consult" to better match different medical workflows and specialties.
This would allow users to organize tasks in a way that makes more sense for their specific practice needs while maintaining the existing functionality of filtering and task management.

I also appreciate how big of a job it is to account for the huge differences in workflow across your user spectrum- from private practice and larger health‑system environments, its a herculean task!
