Direct dictation not working within EHR integration

Direct dictation is not picking up my system default mic within Accuro EHR Heidi integration. Windows 11 PC. Note dictation is working, no setup changes between session transcription and attempt to dictate additional content.

Thanks for flagging this, Nathan Corbett — sorry you’re running into it. To help us narrow down what’s happening with direct dictation in the Accuro EHR integration on your Windows 11 PC: when you try to dictate, what do you see on your end (e.g., does it grab a different mic, show no input level, or just not generate any text)? Also, is this only happening inside Accuro, or does direct dictation work as expected in Heidi outside of Accuro on the same machine? And lastly, does it fail every time you start a new Accuro session, or mainly after you’ve already been using session transcription and then switch over to direct dictation?
