it would be nice to be able to push a button after making edits to a note so that Heidi can observe and learn what you did to implement it next time. Like a hard "learn this" instead of waiting over time for it to catch on.

I would like to have Heidi integrated with PracSuite. Currently, I have to manually copy and paste consult notes into my practice management software, which is not very efficient. Having a direct integration would streamline my workflow and save time.

I’d like Heidi to return to the previous Ask Heidi option in the context section, as it worked perfectly and allowed me to complete any form using information from patient documentation. The new updated feature has become frustrating and inefficient, so I kindly request reverting to the earlier version. Thank you, from a very active Heidi user and supporter.

It would be nice if the date could show up as 01-JAN-2026, 01-FEB-2026, etc...

It would be nice to be able to edit the transcript, i.e delete certain parts not relevant or confusing info captured during the consultation.

id like to be able to upload my office's letterhead so that when i write a school excuse or other professional note/referral/letter, i can do it directly from heidi instead of using the copy and paste shortcuts to put it onto the correct letterhead. no biggie. keep up the great work! yall rock!!

Good day. When I upload documents to context, I have to click each individual button for complex files. All of mine are complex files, because they are lab reports, and HEIDI was mis-reading them when I uploaded them normally. Why is there not one button at the top of COMPLEX FILES, to click that checks all the boxes? I would like that option.

Carry over context details to the client instead of having to input the same details.

Please make Heidi stop bolding headings. it is not compatible with many EMRs and when copied to the EMR presents as Asterix . I have asked Heidi to remove this many times and it keeps being added. It is unnecessary and frustrating.

So many of your window designs make it impossible to actually see what is in the note and the windows all seem to grow when I need them to shrink or go away. All your thumbs up ratings and other BS need to go away from the main window. Floating windows should all be able to be moved, as well.
