Ideally this should be a verbal instruction to Heidi such as "Heidi, pause" and "Heidi, resume". Perhaps this would be like when I talk to my Amazon Echo in the operating room and say "Alexa, pause" so that it stops playing music when we are about to perform the "time-out" procedure and read the consent in the operating room before commencing a surgery, at which point I can tell the Echo, "Alexa, resume" so it can continue playing music again. When I am using Heidi in a session with a patient, especially when I am across the room and the computer screen no longer shows Heidi in an obvious way to walk across the room and click the pause button, it would be far more convenient to just audibly say, "Heidi, pause " and then when the interrupter leaves the room after they have already told me about whatever unrelated medical issue for different patient, I can just audibly say "Heidi, resume."
