When creating a referral, I sometimes edit the note first and when I generate a referral it has the original errors based on Heidi's generated note rather than taking into account the changes I have made. I use the "create" button or "ask heidi" to do large majority of my referrals

Currently, Heidi automatically generates a chart note once the transcription is completed which is great! However, I would love if it could also automatically generate a patient-facing document (such as the instructions section) at the same time, without me having to manually request it after every visit. Thanks so much for your ongoing support!

We would love the ability to upload and store generic client handouts, discharge documents and client care instructions in Heidi, for Heidi to use as a source to provide individual discharge instructions based on the clinical findings.

When I copy and paste after highlighting subjective, objective, etc the formatting does not follow as it does when I select “ Copy With Formatting (With Lists)”. It would make copying into my EHR’s respective SOAP note sections look much better

It would be great to be able to create a snippet containing workable links for the recipient of the report

I would like to click on several recordings for a client and be able to use the data from each recording to amalgamate into one report or document. I think its possible but a bit clunky. Also we need diary CRM systems that are smarter than the ones we use now. You can do it Heidi, I know you can!!! Heidi has been a game changer for me. Thank you.

When editing a transcribed letter, it would be helpful to be able to dictate my edits into the transcribed document but I can’t see a way to do that?

I'd like to be able to share the referral letter I get for new patients and for Heidi to construct the barebones of a letter according to my template that I can add to in clinic.

Be able to delete transcript to build a followup note in the following visit with taking in consideration the previous note. Without opening new notes and add the contex again and do redundant work. Just build on previous plan. This would be a killer and allow efficiency , Dave time, accuracy and continuity to follow through plan. Like each patient has notes with creation dates tabs with newest note first. And use the last prior notes as context to the new encounter. And another killer would be a search button that can pick words not just names. Your app is fantastic, these features would take your app to another level. This feedback from discussion with other physicians.
