On the transcribe list - there were the dates so I could easily go back and see the clinic dates. Now it is one big list which is confusing. Can you divide up the dates into sections again?

it would be nice to be able to push a button after making edits to a note so that Heidi can observe and learn what you did to implement it next time. Like a hard "learn this" instead of waiting over time for it to catch on.

I haven't done a lot of notes over the past week, partly because it has been so difficult to use. It has slowed me down significantly. Normally I average 5 charts per hour. But the new UI had me down to 3 or 4/hour.

The user finds the 'older' collapse behavior in the sessions tab unnecessary and useless. They request that the sessions tab be reverted to its previous behavior where sessions were simply sorted by date without being collapsed into an 'older' section.

When silence is detected for 1 minute, Heidi has an audio and visual notification. The visual is fine, but the audio is terrible and needs to have an option to turn it off. There are times during a session there is expected silence, patient is completing screening forms is an example. I can't have a beep going off distracting them while completing these. I even muted Heidi in my sound settings but it still comes through. Never happened before yesterday.

Trying to make a case for device implementation in an institution where data security is taken very seriously

The user operates a high-volume clinic and requires the ability to sort sessions alphabetically by name. This is essential for their end-of-day workflow to efficiently transfer session data to their EMR without having to manually type every patient's name. This functionality was available in the previous UI.

I'm wondering whether it would be possible for Heidi to incorporate voice recognition? I'm finding it so frustrating that Heidi transcribes what I've said and applies it to my patient. There are other platforms that are able to recognise each voice. If Heidi could learn to recognise my (practitioner's voice), then it would know to leave what I've said out of the paatient's transcription.

Hi Heidi team, We use Heidi in face-to-face clinical encounters and also to transcribe assessments with patients occurring over the telephone. Up until now we have been managing this by having our mobile phone on speakerphone and running Heidi on the laptop. This works very well for those on the clinical team who have their own office, but this does not work well in shared spaces for many reasons, most especially patient privacy. We recently obtained a couple of Heidi Remote devices to use, and I find these very useful. I happened to be watching YouTube today and an advert for a competitors transcription device came on (Pocket) which they advertise as being able to transcribe both sides of a telephone call and works by magnetically attaching to the back of a mobile phone. We have been trying to think of a work-around to perform exactly this function. I immediately thought of the Heidi Remote device which also has a magnet, and it will indeed attach to the back of a mobile phone and transcribe both sides of a phone call effectively. However, because the Heidi Remote only has a magnet at one end of the device, it does not sit as securely on the phone as I would like. I wanted to suggest this application for Heidi Remote and ask you to consider having a magnet along the whole back of the device to clip it to a mobile phone more securely. I had been considering purchasing more Heidi Remote devices for the medical team but if they could be used in this way, they might also be very useful to our community nursing team when they are taking phone calls.

previously if i hovered over a session that was linked to a patient profile, all previous sessions would pop up and i could click on my last note easily to review while dictating new information for the current session on my phone app. this has been removed and now it is very difficult to go back to a patient's previous sessions requiring multiple clicks and searches that isn't worth it
