Feature Requests

I cant begin to count how many time a session was not fully transcribed because sometimes there was an error with the system (this is was the engineering team told me once) or that for some reason i can see the session recording but then it says "transcript too short to generate note" and its so frustrating becauseI can see that the mic is on, working, so I have no idea what happens at times, but this has made me loose so much session content and given me lots of anxiety.

The AI frequently outputs bold formatting using asterisks (e.g. ****), which is not suitable for clinical documentation. This requires manual cleanup every time. I would like a system-level option to disable bold formatting entirely, rather than relying on template instructions that do not consistently apply. Ability to mass delete documents by selecting multiple files and/or deleting folders WITH the documents they contain. Mass upload would also be useful

Please remove or move the "Upgrade to Practice" or "Upgrade to Clinician" web element/button that is right at the center top of the screen. I upgraded to Clinician, which is the level of support I need and now the browser shows an "Upgrade to Practice" button instead. Like others have already said, this is very distracting for work flow. I would not be surprised if something like this causes clinicians to leave Heidi.

Like in some EMRs (like Telus PSS Practice Solutions Software) it would be nice to have user-definable colour bar headings/themes so it would be immediately obvious if you're transcribing/dictating on your own account or (annoyingly) one another clinicians, muddying up their scribe queue and misplacing your own work. ALSO, make the user avatar icon much much bigger and allow a higher resolution upload there...accomplishes a similar thing

Can you create a default "Copy and Archive" button right beside the Copy button that both puts the note to clipboard AND sends the scribed note to an archive folder with a user-definable expiration date at which point they're deleted? It would help keep the dashboard tidy and minimize clicks in the interface

1) would like more customization over smart dictation i.e. it spells out numbers i.e a1c of eight point 1 instead of writing a1c 8.1. 2) when dictate anywhere feature would appreciate if dictated nite would automatically copy to clipboard

I would like my Medical Assistant (MA) to be able to log on for me, prep my charts, upload any records, download any after visit summaries, etc. She could potentially start my visits for me, then I can take over when I get in the room. She wouldn't have access to updating templates or any other admin functions. I have the "Scribe Plus" plan currently and don't want to necessarily pay extra for her to have her own account; she does not have any of her own patients.

When I hit "return" to add a paragraph break within a cell, the editor shows the change before reverting back and removing the break. I would like to be able to hit return and ad space within a cell.

Smart dictate does not follow instructions when ask it to format letter in certain way. Usually need to manually format letter. Would be good if it could follow verbal commands , e.g. this is a medical report, answer number questions, 1..... 2...
