I do my consultation and create a 'Note' I then create a second 'tab' which summarises the consult in the way I want - in most cases, this will be a summary of the patient's skin check. If I edit this second tab to reflect the correct content of the consultation and then try to write a letter or summary, Heidi ignores these edits and takes detail from the original note. If I click 'Create document' from within a second/edited tab, the details in the selected tab should be used to create the new document.
