This is to make you aware of something in a template which i think should not be happening as a default. i was using the business meeting template. is it is a business meeting and therefore minutes of meeting Heidi should not be adding anything not specifucally not discussed. in this particular case it mentioned it had templattes the drs could use for what we were discussing but that it was not for the current standard of template for anything else i would have been fine with this knowldge but as used for meeting minutes it can not include anything not discussed.

Hey James Farrell — thanks for flagging this, and I totally get why that’s a problem for meeting minutes. A couple quick questions so we can pin down what’s happening: what exactly was the “extra” content Heidi added that wasn’t said (e.g. suggested actions/next steps, background context, recommended templates, assumptions)? For your use case, do you want the Business Meeting template to be strictly verbatim minutes only, or is it acceptable to include an explicitly separated/labeled section like “Suggestions / Next steps” (as long as it’s clearly not part of the minutes)? And lastly, have you only seen this with the Business Meeting template, or does it happen with other templates too?

Hi Tom, in this case it wrote - The AI tool (Heidi) can be used to generate care plans but does not align with the current template. this was not said in the meeting. i knew it had templates previously for TCA and GPMP but did not know if it had been updated to the GPCCMP templates and i am fine with transcription of minutes and not verbatum as there cna be alot of backwards and forwards conversation to come up with our final decisions. i personally dont use other templates to know as i am practice manager and therefore do not use the clinical templates.
