id like to be able to upload my office's letterhead so that when i write a school excuse or other professional note/referral/letter, i can do it directly from heidi instead of using the copy and paste shortcuts to put it onto the correct letterhead. no biggie. keep up the great work! yall rock!!

Otherwise I have to copy the info from the exported word document and into my templates (painful). I use Office 365, power automate and Sharepoint rather than a medical records system and we don't post letters to GP - whatsapp, 365 sharing links, secure email etc

Hi there, I was hoping to be able to add a providers letter head to templates so documents and patient details can auto-populate onto the letterhead. is this something that is able to be done?

Hey Matthew Cavanaugh — thanks for this, super helpful. Yep I get the workflow you’re describing (having your office letterhead available in Heidi so you can generate school notes/referrals/letters directly, instead of copy/pasting onto a template). We’ll take a look at what it would take and follow up once we’ve got a clearer path forward.

To export the consultation notes as a medical report, fit with (template) branding, logos, themes, colours, tables and imagery (where applicable). A nice to have would be pubmed/cochrane library articles of systematic reviews/meta analyses to support the narrative.

I initially transcribe using Heidi, then make some modifications. Afterward, I move the content into a Word template with my letterhead for finalisation. I then use all the Word tools to finalise the document, including formatting and spell checking.
Is it possible to upload a Word document template into Heidi as a template, similar to how Heidi has done with fillable PDF forms? If so, the section of the Word template that will receive the document should be pre-selected during the creation of the Heidi template. This way, the copy and paste process would be streamlined.
