It would be nice to be able to edit the transcript, i.e delete certain parts not relevant or confusing info captured during the consultation.

PLEASE go back to keeping evidence and Ask Heidi separate. This new integration of "chat" feature with both evidence and asking Heidi is slow, doesn't give me the output needed, cannot keep up if I am asking Heidi to add something to one note output and then a question about something else in this new "thread" style. It is much less helpful, productive, and doesn't give me what I need in a timely manner. Keep evidence in one area, and this ask Heidi feature for generating new notes/documents or working within the notes from our current visit. Your upgrades are always great and this one truly misses the mark and has made my work more frustrating and longer. Please go back!

I need to include more than 3 past sessions in the Context tab to create comprehensive documents for my clients. Expanding the limit to at least 6 sessions would greatly enhance my ability to provide detailed and accurate information in my letters.

It would be nice if some sort of sound/notification could be made if there is an issue with the microphone picking up the audio? I am not often looking at the Heidi window when in a session and can't therefore tell if there are issues with the recording. I have had a few consultations that were not transcribed due to this reason. Very frustrating.

A copy or export to .docx button (for example look at OpenEvidence) would be helpful for using content with references, e.g. for later fact checking or looking up references for reading in detail or journal clubs etc.

I would like to allow Heidi Mobile to transcribe phone calls

As a speech therapist working regularly with the same clients in neuro rehabilitation, I would like to be able to link sessions to a client and Heidi for then be able to comment on progression, long term goals or comparison to previous sessions/performance

Can we have the option to reorder the favourite templates list. Perhaps, if each favourite is box that can be shuffled? Thanks. At the moment, i will have to de-favourite the entire list and then make sure to re do it in order.

Would like to mark if a particular visit is for a new patient or a followup patient, so Heidi knows whether to mention certain things or not. For example, for followups, PMH does not have to be repeated in every visit because it already "lives" in the EMR. Sometimes this is obvious (patient that Heidi has seen me see before), sometime's it's not (patient I haven't seen in a couple years). As a plus, if Heidi could have a 2-way integration with eClinicalWorks (my EMR) so that it could see what's already in "History" and only put in NEW information, so there are no duplicates, that would be chef's kiss
