Generate CPT/ICD-10 codes from notes using fine-tuned LLMs. This returns hours of daily productivity back to staff and ensures under-coding never happens again.

When doing direct dictate it is extremely helpful to pause the transcription If interrupted in the middle of the dictation.

Allow users to dictate into an existing note, or create a new blank note to dictate directly into. This will allow users to create dictations after the note has been generated, and use dictation mode as well as transcription mode within one session.

It would be awesome to be able to upload and curate a list of guidelines to have the AI utilize them (perhaps adding them to the "ask AI list") to assist with choosing a treatment plan

Allow me to stop generating if I don't like the note, need to add something that I forgot, or accidentally clicked the wrong template/setting. It can take a long time to finish generating.

Psychologist/therapy billing is time-based (at least in US). It would be helpful if Heidi automatically detected the time the session started and ended, based on when transcript starts/stops in local time.

All throughout Heidi (notes, additions, templates tec.) including rich-text formatting options in Heidi, such as bolding, italics and ordered/unordered lists

Dividing the outputs into distinct sections allowing me to copy, dictate into, and regenerate using Ask Heidi AI only on the specific parts.

I've been experiencing issues with losing notes due to unexpected internet shutdowns. It would be really helpful if Heidi could have an autosave feature that automatically saves text that hasn't been completed yet. This would ensure that no information is lost, even when the internet connection is unreliable.

Group notes into expandable buckets by Date of Service so we can easily refer back in our note history
